Emotional Eater

Hi!

I have had a right day of it! Husband has been working away, my youngest has not been sleeping and today she would not even nap - teething, poor thing

But Ive been very emotional, more so than stressed, lots of tears, my poor some must have wondered what was going on between his sister and I lol

Anyway, I found it really hard not to just reach for the comfort food, even though there are no "OLD SCHOOL" comfort foods in the house, I just wanted to sit down and eat stodge.

Anyone else liek this, how do you deal with it?

Yep, I do the same thing. It's like I don't care what I eat as long as I'm eating. Have you tried sugar-free gum? It lets you have the lovely sensation of chewing without any regrets later

Also try putting some fresh, crunchy lettuce in a bowl (maybe some carrot sticks too!) and nosh on them like you would chips or something unhealthy.

I've never really been an emotional eater, but it's just an idea that may help.
