Good afternoon all! I have a qotd for you! What is your WI rituals!? Do you workout before WI, what do you eat the day before?! Lots of water?! Share friends! Thanks & have a Op day!

    I weigh daily and log a loss when I see one but know that things will fluctuate...and just don't stress about it when it happens.

    I weigh Friday mornings, before breakfast, bra and underwear only. Some weigh daily, some weigh monthly... Find what works best for you :flowerforyou:

    i weigh every sunday before i workout first thing in the morning in my workout clothes that way its always the same.

    I weigh every Friday morning before I eat or drink anything, after I go to the bathroom, and naked. Sometimes I will weigh a different day but I only log it on Friday.

    I weigh every day but only log my weight on a Saturday morning. My weight fluctuates throughout the week, so I am only using my Saturday weigh in as my official one.

    I weigh in every day but I only log on Saturdays, So on Friday's I make sure I push it, eat awesome, and sweat my @** off!! Then Sat (which is also my rest day) I can lounge all day and even indulge here or there :)
