Diet=Irritability

Alright. I admit it I am way more grumpy when I am dieting. My body hurts from working out and I miss out on social things like going out to dinner with friends. My relationship has taken the biggest hit and staying a positive person is becoming a challenge. Now I am trying to figure out what to do? I like loosing weight but I feel drained. I am eating enough and work out every other day. I am about three weeks into heavy dieting... hoping to get past the hump soon. Any ideas?!
