    thats great :) i bet it feels amazing!!! how tall are you? how long did it take you? goal weight?? *sorry all the questions, i think we have the same weightloss goal though. :) im 5'6 btw.
  • umm well its only taken me like a month and a half or something like that not really sure.. Im around 5'4 and my goal is 125, sorry i messed up at first now all the pics are up lol

  • 5 days a week usually, well i always eat breakfast and only do the serving size, ive been eating special k... then pretty much i stick to turkey and chicken for lunch and dinner i dont have a very vast diet... lol make sure you eat after you work out, lots of protein :) i have the special k protein shakes... snack on string cheese or special k bars... sara lee has wheat bread thats 45 calories thats the only bread i eat
