Need "friends"

That sound pitiful enough?

Seriously... I'd like to make connections with some more "friends" on here for support/motivation. My status:

Age - 45
Weight - 191 pounds = 87 kg = 13.6 stones
Target Weight = 170 pounds = 77 kg = 12.1 stones
Target Body Fat % = 12%

I've lost 84 pounds from my high of 275 back in 2010, so even though I don't have a long way to go, I certainly understand being in that position.

Current Plan = lose 1lb - 1.5lb per week. Measuring BF% and ensuring I am loosing as close to 100% fat as possible. I am eating 45% Carbs, 35% Protein and 20% Fat. I eat "clean", staying away from saturated fat and refined carbs as much as possible.

Exercise = I do cardio (Spin/Cycle class, Elliptical machine, swimming) 3x a week, and lift weights 4x a week.
My diary is open.
