finally on the bandwagon!

OMG!! I just got done with my FIRST session of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (I made it through level 1 and 2) and I LOVE IT!!! I needed a supplement to my regular routine to spice it up a bit. level 1 was similar to what I was already doing but it's nice to have some motivation! level 2 kicked it up a notch... i like the new combo moves and the creative cardio! nice all-around workout to get your blood pumping for the day!:bigsmile:
