New Rules of Lifting for Women

So in a rush to get to school today, I forgot my book and workout sheet at home ;( Going home right now to get it would cost me a lot of gas and time. Can someone please help me out with remember the Stage 1 A workout? I know the reps/sets/rest etc., just not the exercises.

I remember:
Squats
Push-ups
?
Step-ups?
Jack-knife stuff.
