Quick, healthy, low calorie snacks???? Anyone?

Options
My go to snacks are getting boring. I snack on a lot of popcorn and fruit. I'm really trying to watch my sugar content also. Anyone have any great ideas for different snack ideas?

Yeah, thats great for helping you lose weight. You can't gain anything if your dead, silly! :P

I like cereal for a snack. Chex cinnamon is good - just enough sugar to keep me happy and I get to munch.

Try frozen grapes. You suck on them like hard candy so they last a long while, plus they are surprisingly satisfying.

I am gluten-free so I have to get quite creative with snacking. One of my favorites is Rice Cakes with all-natural peanut butter. Quaker rice cakes are only 50 calories! I also love almonds and fruit. When I need a salty snack, I love edamame (the kind you can microwave) with a little bit of salt, or sunflower seeds/soy nuts. Pop chips are new and gf too. They're kind of like special K cracker chips and definitely a great alternative to other high-fat/ high-cal chips.
