I'm just starting my journey to get back to being healthy again.

In the time I dropped outta school and quit working out and playing sports my arms have.....

Okay, let me say this first -
I am a big girl, not just weight wise but muscular and bone wise, my father's side of the family is very muscular. In general they are "big" people..not just weight like I said. Soo my arms have always been a decent size, but they used to be PURE muscle.

Back to sayin when I dropped outta school..they have gotten well very big :( and I still have my old muscle but I have WAY to much flab( I hate even writing this I'm so embarassed!) but....I have a question.

What is a good way to get rid of that underarm flab..? Any exercise, certain things to do to make the flab go away and keep the muscle toned?!

Need feedback...excuse the nastiness of my arms even though you can't see them! :P

You can't spot reduce the fat on just your arms, so working your biceps and triceps won't make your arms drop fat.

You need to eat less, move more.

If you want to lift start by learning how to Squat, Dead-Lift, Bench, and Overhead Press.
If you don't want to lift, run around, swim, jump rope, dance etc.

Also you might want to start learning for yourself about fitness.

    Okay - I don't need sarcastic.

I know about fitness, but I was just asking in general if anybody had the same struggle and had ideas.

    But thanks for the advice.
