Too low sodium.

I chance conversation this morning made me look up my sodium intake since my diet change and I am only just over the mimimum amount needed for normal body function (500mg).
I am only doing very mild exercise at the moment but I will be increasing the intensity in the next few weeks so I will be expecting to sweat out more salt.

Once you start intense workouts how much sodium do you need?
