    Check to see if they have an online menu.

    Fajitas are usually alright, and you can eat your filling without the shell.
    Avoid the refried beans if you can and anything fried.

    The usual rules apply:

    leafy = great,
    (lean) meaty = good,
    starchy = a little's Ok,
    Cheesy = a little less is Ok
    deep fried or out of an oven = poison,

    The salsa's fantastic, good great low cal stuff. The chips are poquito triangular assassins. My fave place will bring me celery sticks to shovel salsa with, and that's good too.

    I also ask for the cheese on the side, and I sprinkle about 1/2 of it on there and it tastes just as good and way lighter.

    I'm a pain in the butt customer, but I tip well and the senoras take good care of me. :happy:
