Working out at lunch

    I work at a college also and have an hour for lunch. We have a a two story building I climb the stair cross to the other side of the building and down the far set of stairs. I dont get in a hurry so I dont get sweaty. I do the circut a few times.

    That's an idea! Our library has 7 floors and it's next door. I rarely go in there because it's old and the stairways aren't monitored (can be unsafe).

    My boss and I try and fit in some type of exercise on our lunch. We don't have access to a gym or anywhere nice to walk so we run up and down our full flight of stairs for 15 minutes, and walk for 15 minutes to "cool off" before we get back to afternoon appointments. Sometimes we change it up and do 2 flights (up and down), a set of 10 pushups, repeat. It at least gets us moving. It's better than not doing anything!!
