This week marks 3 months since I started Couch to 5K. Some 'weeks' took me longer to get through, and progress was slow through Christmas, but I'm happy to be back on track!

*** Running my first 5K this weekend
*** Down 40 pounds so far
*** For the first time EVER, I wore size MEDIUM scrubs to work today! What a great feeling!

    Congrats, and good luck on the 5k this weekend! I just finished week 3 not 5 minutes ago. i'm marginally worried about week 4! hah

    Congratulations!!!!!!!!! Finished my c25k last Friday and was flying high all weekend! My first 5k race is next weekend. Already have my 8k picked out, 10k and training in the works for half marathon at Disney Food and Wine with some friends!!!

    :) ITS SUCH A GREAT PROGRAM! I tell people I have officially drank the kool-aid!

    have started it about 3 times now, but im finally up to week 2 and i'm in for the long haul now!!!
