Ladies only question-periods

Question for the girls:
A teensy tiny bit of background- I'm on bc pills to regulate my periods since I have PCOS.
I started exercising and eating right the first of this month. I have only not worked out 3 days this month so far.
My period came 2 days early and I'm still on it after 9 days, its not heavy but 3 days. I'm starting to lose my mind because since being on the pill for 3 years they have been very predictable and last only about 5 days with 2 heavy days-sorry if this is all to tmi. lol
Has anyone else noticed these type of changes happening since they started exercising and eating right? I know it's not the most horrible thing in the world, it's just driving me crazy.

Same thing here....I have been on the pill for along time, and this past month i was early and it stayed late.....we will see what happens this month. I wouldn't worry about it, it is normal and your body will adjust0

Hormonal fluctuations are normal and often cause your body to do strange things. Sorry you have to deal with this!0
