Question for the girls:

A teensy tiny bit of background- I'm on bc pills to regulate my periods since I have PCOS.

I started exercising and eating right the first of this month. I have only not worked out 3 days this month so far. My period came 2 days early and I'm still on it after 9 days, its not heavy but 3 days. I'm starting to lose my mind because since being on the pill for 3 years they have been very predictable and last only about 5 days with 2 heavy days-sorry if this is all to tmi. lol
Has anyone else noticed these type of changes happening since they started exercising and eating right? I know it's not the most horrible thing in the world, it's just driving me crazy.

Same thing here....I have been on the pill for along time, and this past month i was early and it stayed late.....we will see what happens this month. I wouldn't worry about it, it is normal and your body will adjust :)

Hormonal fluctuations are normal and often cause your body to do strange things. Sorry you have to deal with this!
