I honestly believe I need to intake more calories/nutrients!! I went on a fast at the 1st of January and I have lost around 11lbs so far. Sometimes I just don't have the appetite and what I eat so far fills me up. I started taking a mult-vitamin and calcium supplements when I was on my fast. Now I am coming out of my fast and I don't want to binge out!! So I need to maintain and incorporate more healthy foods with less sugars and carbs and fats! Before the fast I was trying a fish only diet no other meats and so far fish is the only protein (meat) I eat right now.. What do you think guys? Or what have you notice when you drastically change you eating habits like I have? I think preparation is one of my biggest goals that will lead to big results! I just want to lose 5-7 more lbs to be at a healthy weight for my makeup! Thanks! :flowerforyou: Supporters are welcome friend me!
