    LOVE reading all of this positivity!

    1) I got to sleep in, and was woken up by my dog licking my face in an attempt to get me to take her outside.
    2) It's my last day of work before five days off, WAHOO!
    3) I get to hit the gym on my lunch break; always love squeezing a workout in when I'm otherwise sitting on my behind.
    4) I know, I know, but I picked up yarn to knit something for MYSELF (usually I'm always making for other people) ... now to decide?!!

    1. Today is my son's 3rd birthday!
    2. Today is my husband's 29th birthday!
    3. I had all of my friends & family at my house today!

    I LOVE LIFE, NOT JUST TODAY BUT ~ EVERY DAY!!

    1) My 82 year old grandpa got re-married today
    2) I had a bonding conversation with my husband while we were on a bike ride
    3) I used whipping cream in my coffee this morning instead of the fat free half and half I normally use (I KNOW that is a bad idea, but it was only one morning)

    1) i had to work today, but i have a job when a lot of people don't
    2) i started a food log, that i am over my limit already, but i see how this will work for me ;)
    3) i finally was able to buy my daughter a new bed, and get her new bedding, smiles all around! :)

    1. I woke up. Knowing I have another day always puts a smile on my face.
    2. I worked out with my oldest daughter and my friend. This makes me feel good.
    3. My oldest gave me a big hug and kiss. Looks like our time at the gym is helping us bond.

    1. Taught a kick *kitten* Zumba class with 35 people.
    2. Cuddled and napped with my puppy Jada.
    3. Finished the rest of my Cheesecake Factory cheesecake and stayed within my calories. ;-)

    My mom said she loved me and gave me a kiss (she's dying of alzheimers)

    My mom is too. I don't get to see her very often - we live too far away to visit regularly. So it's pretty special when I call, and she's so grateful to hear from me. She can't remember my wife and kids' names till I tell them to her, but she does have a vague memory of them. Talking with her is heartbreaking, touching, beautiful, painful, peaceful, happy, funny, all at the same time.

    I wish you peace as your mother progresses.

    2.) Reading my daughters blog.......
    3.) Talking to a old friend that I will get to see, in June, after 30 years !
    4.) Penne and chicken Pesto.....homade pesto !!!!!
    5.) Got on the scale this morning and I didn't gain any weight this week.......I didn't lose, but I didn't gain.
