Ideas to reward yourself for progress

I struggled with ideas to reward myself for my progress. I did buy a Chamilia bracelet and for every 10 lbs. I lose I get to buy another bead. (I want to lose about 100 lbs.) I got my bracelet today and the first bead I got was a little sneaker. It reminds me of the 10 lbs. lost and that this lonely bead needs more to look fabulous. My final reward, is a dream vacation to a tropic island. I'm saving for it NOW! I'm curious what other people are planning as an award?

I love the idea of beads for your bracelet! I personally don't reward myself for reaching my goals, I think that should be reward enough in itself!
  • Ha! Ha! You make a very valid point. I guess I'm actually looking for a reason to justify buying those beads. :)
  • Well I applaud you for having such a creative idea. When I reach my goal weigh I will reward myself with that corset that I've been eyeing for the past 6 months. And we as humans are very reward driven. I am especially guilty of that :P
  • I can't take the credit. A dear friend of mine gave me the idea when I asked her what her reward was. I LOVED the idea and I've been wanting one of those bracelets anyways. Win! Win! Now that I want it, I have to work for it.
