I still don't believe it when I look in the mirror, but I guess these pictures don't lie.
I can't believe I've actualy stuck with something for a year. Ok, well, I'm 4 days short of a year.
In the picture on the right, I weigh in at about 314 pounds.
In the picture on the left, I am 232 pounds. Not where I want to be, but I still can't believe I made it this far!

    You look great! You are one of those lucky ones that even in your before picture, your chin was nicely defined. I'm very jealous LOL. Even if I were thin, I'd still have a saggy chin.

    WOW! Congratulations! You've done such a great job. I'm just 2+ weeks into the process. Lost a ton of weight 5 years ago and then put it all back on plus some - on purpose. You are inspiring to see how far you've come. Thanks

    Of course, first of all, you are gorgeous! The old picture is gorgeous but wow - you look awesome! You're an amazing inspiration to, really. Sometimes I feel great about the amount of weight I've lost but then the fact that I have double that left to lose can be a bit daunting. The fact that you have spent a whole year on this journey, done so well, and are still moving forward shows me that I can SO do this if I want it..and I do! Thanks for the boost. Congratulations!
