I can't give you a specific routine but I can offer some advice! Make sure you are incorporating strength training into your workouts and not just cardio. Also, you will want to lose weight slowly - you need to give your skin some time to catch up with your shrinking body. Good luck

Cardio burns the fat. Strength training makes you look lean and toned.

Circuit training is a great way to get both. :) I will tell you that when I started, I hit the cardio hard (I've come to realize that in order to keep my weight in check - I NEED cardio). After I'd lost a bit of weight, then I added in the strength training.

    You lost me at BMI.

Grab an android phone or iPhone and download Stronglifts 5x5.
Ignore any other type of training but whats in this app and on the Stronglifts website.
Your current build is perfect for the program and you will blast fat as long as you are eating at appx 2k-2500 calories a day and hitting the gym 3 times a week only.
    Set MFP to 2k-2500.
    Protein to 30%
    Carbs to 40%
    Fat to 30%

After 1 month you will see significant difference in body composition.

There are at least 10 guys at that gym who know the 5x5 program so just ask.

On off days if you want to jog for 20 mins go for it but you may not need it.
