Hi,
Looking for friends to motivate me and keep me on track. Need to lose close to 100 pounds ... there I have said it!!!

    Am originally from Toronto, but live in Richmond, VA now. Good luck...45 days, I've lost 25 lbs. (of 70 desired) changing the way I eat and getting 5 hours exercise a week, even if it is just fast walking.

    I have just started again to lose the weight. I was a TOPS member for 17 years and then became ill and had to take so many meds. The weight came back and then more besides. Now I am back at TOPS and trying again! I have two beautiful granddaughters (7 & 8 years old) and I want to be around to see them grow up. I have also recently been diagnosed as pre-diabetic so that was a wake up call.

    good luck in your journey!! the number one rule is... NEVER GIVE UP!! NO MATTER HOW GREAT THE SETBACK IS!
