Does anyone know any really good workout dvd's? I grew up doing advanced Taebo daily and now finished Beachbody's Insanity program. Insanity is more up my alley so if there are any video's out there similar to that intensity I would appreciate any recommendations!

  • Hey!
Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is a great one! I am on day 23 and have noticed a big difference in my muscle tone and endurance from day one. It is a twenty minute workout that has strength, cardio and abs. Be prepared it's a tough one but very worth it!

I've never tried Insanity, but I did like my sister's Taebo. My favorite kickboxing videos are actually oldies but goodies: Kathy Smith and then the one by Karen Voight as part of her Sweat Effects trilogy (cardio, weights, and flexibility).

But hands down, the MOST effective video I've found for helping me lose size and improve shape is Joyce Vedral's Bottoms up. It's a weight training workout. If I didn't have an occasionally bum wrist, I would do it all the time.

I am loving Ripped in 30 and I am about to start 30 day Shred. I also have Zumba, I ordered it from the official website and it came with several different DVDS. I LOVE them ALL! Zumba Abs is my favorite!

It's kinda hard to up your intensity from insanity, lol. What about the new one by Shaun T? The Asylum
  • I also have 30 day shred. JM's Ripped in 30. and her bun and thigh dvd. They're nice but I like high impact videos and I'm having a hard time gong to the "next level" of videos. I may look into Shawn T's Asylum. Thank you!
