    I've read (researched) that anywhere from 2100 mg to 2400 mg... but not ever above 2500 mg. I got this information from various nutritional websites, medical websites, etc.

    1500-2500mg 2500 being the max..I stick to 1500mg and have no issues with sodium or retaining

    Agree with limites noted.. I try to stick around 1500 also.. And if I go over I increase my water intake and float away! LOL! Otherwise I would retain it. :drinker:

    2500 for a normal 2000 calorie diet. I'm fortunate enough to have low blood pressure I don't have to watch it quite as closely as some other people.
