Success in the first week!!

Hi,

I wouldn't really say i'm new to myfitnesspal however hopefully this is the last new diet i start.

I have been doing a lower carb diet with exercise and have lost 7lbs in my first week :).

    I'm new to this and only started on Monday so I've not had my first weigh in yet. I know I'll have lost some because I've cut a lot of junk out of my diet and have been thinking about what I eat rather than just stuffing myself with anything.

    I started mfp on Monday so have not yet completed my first week but had a peek on the scales this morning
    And boy was I shocked, I've lost 8.2lb so far and the week hasn't finished. Am very pleased with my self hoping for mabey 10lbs by Monday which is supposed to be my weigh in day so I'll repost again then.

    Gret job everyone!!!! I'm on my second week. The first week I lost 4 pounds which i was so proud of as my starting weight was 306. Hopefully I have lost more but we will see on sunday!!! I wanted to say keep up the great work ladies!!! Add me as if friend if y'all want, it's always nice to have a lot of supportive friends on here!!!
