So, about 13 months ago, I was 215 lbs, nearly 27% body fat, and ready to lose weight, I lost 2 pounds a week easily for the next couple months, and by the time May hit, I was at a fit 180 lbs, and looking very lean despite still being 20% body fat.
I decided to give myself the summer off from my incredibly strict eating regimen, biggest mistake I've ever made. I was attending a new college, one in which there is many more distractions and opportunities to go out and eat amazing food, and go to the bars and drink all night.
Fast forward to now, and I'm nearly back to 210 lbs.
Back to strict dieting and trying to control the urges to eat sporadically and go out regularly, or at least control the urge to drink and eat when I go out.
Point is, what advice do yall have for me to maintain my focus? Because typically I have the best discipline and can make myself stick to something, but recently it's gone to the wayside.
