Cardioke!?

Okay so I just did a "cardioke" workout tape with Billy Blanks Jr. but I was wondering what kind of exercise I put this down as? Is it aerobics, dancing, both?? Hope this isn't a stupid question but I honestly don't know!!

    Cardioke is so much fun! I put it as aerobics. But that's just me.
