does anyone else experience this??

i seem to lose slowly, which is fine with me, but it seems like i hit a number then bounce up a half a pound or more then the next week it goes down and just kinda keeps bouncing like that.
i definitely move down into a lower weight range but it is kinda frustrating seeing all the movement.
i only weigh myself once a week at the same time and necked:blushing:

so can anyone relate?? any ideas or responses are appreciated.

have a super day:heart:

Unfortunately, I have no answer for you. The only thing I can tell you is that the same thing is happening to me. Even if I try to do good with my calories and sports, my weight is kinda stuck for a reason... I tried to lower my calories, we'll see what happens! It might be that we are in the last 15 pounds... i dunno!

I can ABSOLUTELY relate! I also weigh myself once a week & find myself up little and down a few and up and down no matter how good I am. It's been this way for 4 years for me. Don't get discouraged, it comes off eventually. I find I don't really care anymore. I know I eat super healthy & exercise, so I won't let the numbers throw me off. Slowly is definitely the best way to go about it!

    Good Luck!!!

I have that too although I weigh myself daily. I will be down and the next day I am up a pound with no explanation

I have a whole lot more to lose than you guys, but I seem to lose weight like that also. When I finally got below 300, I hung around tha weight for a couple weeks, I still followed my diet and exercised at the gym, and then all of a sudden, I lost down to the 290's. Same thing, I have been hanging around 287 and still doing the right thing, and next thing I know I will be in the 270's. It is frustrating not to see the scales move for a couple of weeks, but then when it does...BAM!!

Thanks!! Stay away from the jeans! That's my best advise. Try them on in a month & then you'll see they're too big  I love that my skinny jeans are starting to get a little baggy around my knees

    Keep up the good work!!!
