HI I'M ROBIN FROM CENTRAL NEW YORK. I'M SO SICK OF GAINING AND LOSING THE SAME 20LBS. I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE TO LOSE.
I'M HOPING THAT THIS TIME WILL BE IT AND I WILL KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF FOR GOOD. KEEPING A DIARY DEFINITELY SHOWS YOU WHAT YOU EAT THROUGH OUT THE DAY AND I FEEL IT WILL KEEP ME FOCUSED
