Anyone struggle with calories on non-workout days?

I ususally manage to stay well under my 'workout' calories on excersise days, but Monday and Friday, my non-workout days, I still have the temptation to eat like I'm working out. The workouts are pretty intense the rest of the week, either hour long Vinyasa flow classes (mega cardio) where I burn 950 calories or 90 minute hot yoga classes (mega sweat!) where I burn about 1300 calories, so I know that overall, for the week, I've got a huge calorie deficient...but I'm so afraid I'll somehow ruin this on non-excersise days.
The other thing is I can tell the difference between 'mouth-hunger' and true hunger, and I know it's true hunger. Could my metabolism be kicking into high gear since I've never worked out liek this in my adult life?

I've seen posts to similar topics that suggest increasing water, or reevaluating caloric intake to make sure you're eating enough calories. Satisfying your net calories (after exercise) is really important.
