Chronic illness and working out

I feel like I've got the hang of eating, and am starting to see patterns and learn a lot about where I went wrong before with food.
But I do have a big challenge, and that is having a chronic illness. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. My main symptoms from these are fatigue, nausea, muscular/bone pain and dizziness.
I do walking when I can (anywhere from every day to every other day) but I can have periods where I have to lay down quite a bit throughout the day. Also, I am going to water aerobics once a week, which I really enjoy. Would yoga be an option?
Does anyone have any advice about how to go about fitness and toning my body while losing weight? I don't want to be skinny fat!
