MOTIVATION / ACCOUNTABILITY - FREINDS

Hey there,
My name is Jeff and I am currently a 280 lb. couch anchor, or I was. I am now working out, training for a 5K and a 7 mile run, doing crossfit stuff from my personal trainer (my wife). My goal is to be 195 lbs, to be able to wear all the clothes I have that don't fit, not be embarassed to take my shirt off at the beach, lower my BP, on and on.
I'm looking for other people doing similar things to help with motivation and accountablilty, share successes, etc. If you're interested just send a friend request. :happy:
