Do we need to eat all the calories we are allowed even the ones that we work off or what I am a bit confussed

Yes, you are supposed to eat back the calories earned from exercise. MFP already calculates a deficit for you when it gives you the amount of calories you are supposed to eat daily. When you exercise, it makes your calorie deficit even larger, and it's not always good to have too big of a deficit because that can actually hinder your weight loss. However, take caution eating back all of your exercise calories.... A lot of times your calories burned can be really over-estimated. If you are logging things like "cleaning" and "gardening" as your exercise, I don't recommend eating back those calories.0
