What's the best upper body dvd?

I have been running on the treadmill for a couple months and then just recently started the 30 Day Shred dvd and came to the realization that I have ABSOLUTELY NO upper body strength!! And I noticed that I have no flexibilty in my shoulders, meaning I can hardly raise my arms over my head and hold my hands together. So, what is the best dvd I should get to greatly improve my upper body??
