So I was trying to make a casserole type crock pot dish and it ended up being soupy but I am sooooo happy for that becasue it was the most amazing Chicken Chili I've ever had. Here's the recipie.

2 Great Value - Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 container Food Club - Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
1 can Food Club - Tomato Sauce
1 container Giorgio Fresh 'n Clean Sliced Mushrooms - Sliced Mushrooms
6 tbs Dean's - Light Sour Cream,
1 cup Weight Watchers - Mexican Shredded Cheese
2 tbs Taco Seasoning
1 Cup Instant Brown Rice
1/4 Cup Kidney Beans

I put the frozen chicken, salsa, tomato sauce, mushrooms and taco seasoning in the crockpot on high and let cook for about 7 hours (while I was at work)

When I got home I added the seasoning, cheese and rice and let cooke for another 15 minutes.

Heres the stats: (PS the sodium is pretty high so you might want to opt for low sodium alternatives the salsa is the biggest contributor).
