Boycotting the Scale
Options
Over the last few weeks, I've been doing some pretty intense workouts, along with a few good friends of mine. While we're visibly seeing results and can tell that clothes are no longer tight, and dare I say, baggy in some cases, the scales aren't budging a single pound. Well, if the scales want to be stubborn, then so do I! So for the entire month of February, my friends and I are boycotting our evil scales. No longer being focused on a number, we've decided to base our success on how we look and feel. Bon voyage scales, enjoy your month-long vacation!
