Girl college student on the go needs tips for convenient hea

I always buy veggies and fruits at the store and pack them into my freezer with all of the best intentions to eat them, but I don't spend very much time at home unless I have to. It's just the way I am I suppose. I'm not a cook or really even a home body. I eat out way more than I eat at home. But I notice that other people have little tips and tricks for how they manage their time and are able to make simple choices that make eating healthier easier. I like carrying a luna bar in random pockets in my backpack, purse and car for emergencies, but are there any other things you guys do to make eating your own home cooked or home prepped stuff easier and not such a huge ordeal in the kitchen. It takes me hours to do what it takes someone else 10 minutes to prepare and cook in he kitchen. Please and Thank you:)
