If anyone has Comcast - On Demand - there is a menu under "Sports and Fitness" called "Fit TV" (I think) that has a whole SLEW of FREE workouts! My Mom told me about it. She did the Pilate's on there. I did a kickboxing one. Check it out! FREE exercise routines - YAY! :happy:
