Eating too little/exercising too much?

I am 28, 6' tall and between '09-'10 lost 95 lbs and went from 280 to 185 and my final goal is to be 175. I have been struggling to lose just 10 more lbs. Normally I eat what I want within reason and exercise like a crazy person and have been able to maintain my weight for the most part.

Eleven days ago a friend and I decided to do a "cleanse". We got the diet info from the "Whole Living" magazine. It is a 21 day cleanse and as I mentioned above I am on day 11. The jist of the cleanse is for the full three weeks you eliminate all added sugar, alcohol, caffeine, processed foods, dairy and gluten. For the first week we also had to eliminate all meat and beans/legumes, and grains of any kind. Second week add back in some fish and beans. Third week add gluten free grains back in. In doing this cleanse I have not really backed off of my exercise regiment and have been averaging 1200 calories a day (MFP puts me at 1600/day). In 11 days I have lost 9 lbs and am currently at 177. I have 2 lbs to go to reach my final goal!

Here's my concern, how am I going to maintain this loss when I add meat and alcohol back in to my diet? I know I am not going to eat this little forever. Also, I have been reading that when you eat too little and exercise too much it can be counterproductive to weight loss/maintenance. I just want to know what I need to do to keep this weight off for good and still be able to enjoy food and drinks. Any help would be much appreciated!
