New here looking for friends and advice

Greetings, I’m new here looking for friends and support. I need advice on workout videos. I have arthritis in my knees and thumb joints and also have mild asthma. Both would get better if I lost weight, but some days it hurts to walk. It’s a vicious cycle, however, I am determined. What would be the best workout video with which to start? I’ve suggested P90X to my boys are both are adamant that is not for me. I walk but would like to find something I could do at home. I am open to suggestions.

I also have arthritis - RA...and CRPD (restricted airway disease)... and I find that in a flare that elliptical and recumbant bike are the least impact workouts that get the heart rate up. Ease into the exercise... when I first began, I could only do 7 mins on elliptical... then inhaler, and catch breath for about 10 more mins after
Good luck to you!!!

I have OA in my knees and my Orthopaedic specialist said that biking is good. I've been able to work on my Schwinn Airdyne for 30 minutes almost every morning. I also can use the handles for an upper body workout too!0
