That's an original!! but hey, whatever works, right??
I like bran flakes.0 -
Chobani Greek Yogurt (Fat Free - Plain) with one packet of Truvia and 1/2 cup Fiber One Bran Cereal. I have this for breakfast and it fills me right up! I also like to snack on baby carrots!0

Soup or hot tea is something that seems to fill me up.
And fruit is really good for that as well. Often, just eating a plum or nectarine or even a handful of strawberries will satisfy me and along with some water will be plenty to fill me up and realize I wasn't as hungry as I thought.0 -

You can also get it at Costco for a decent price! And there they do keep it in the freezer section.0 -
Oatmeal is always filling to me.
Tonight it was a big salad filled w/ all sorts of veggies (spinach, tri-colored peppers, broccoli, 4oz chicken breast, balsamic vinegar, etc). Low in cals, high in fiber and protein and very filling! :bigsmile:0 -

I get mine at Sam's. They carry a brand called Imperial Gourmet in their freezer section. I've also gotten in fresh from Whole Foods.0
