At least 1g protein for every pound of lean body mass
0.35-0.45g fat per pound of total body weight
Fill in the rest in carbs

Fill in the rest however you like

Edited. Some people will do just fine filling out the rest of the calories with carbs, while others respond better to more protein and/or fat (better satiety, personal food preferences, etc).

As long as you're within your calorie goals and hitting the first-two, don't sweat the third one.
