ratios for carbs/protein/fat

I am 5'3" 111lbs and on maintance at 1610 calories. I am doing more strength training now and am not sure what I should set my ratios for??

At least 1g protein for every pound of lean body mass
0.35-0.45g fat per pound of total body weight
Fill in the rest in carbs0 -

Edited. Some people will do just fine filling out the rest of the calories with carbs, while others respond better to more protein and/or fat (better satiety, personal food preferences, etc).
As long as you're within your calorie goals and hitting the first-two, don't sweat the third one.0 -

thanks! I do think i work better with more carbs!! i find I dont have enough energy when i dont get enough carbs!0
