Is it bad to eat more fibre than MFP says I should have?

I seem to be going over my MFP daily fibre totals... is that a bad thing?

That depends on whether you're going over by a little or a lot and how often. You want to keep your fiber in the recommended range. Too little and you have problems, too much and you have different problems. Going over occasionally is no big deal. If you're doing it daily, though, you might want to just ring your doc or nutritionist and drop them a question. Most of the time it's not a big deal if it's a few grams of fiber. If you're over by 10 or more, though, you might want to ask.
