Newbie in Seattle!

I just joined MFP yesterday and would love to make some friends to share progress with and help me inspired.

I am 36 and weigh 258. I'd like to lose 100 lbs and get into shape, not just for myself, but for my two awesome children, age 3 and almost 1. Keeping up with them is getting be exhausting and I think if I get into better shape it will be easier.

I look forward to making some new friends!

    Thank you! Its taken years for me to finally get serious about achieving my goals. Hope I can stick with it!

    :flowerforyou: Welcome! I've been doing my fitness pal for three weeks...and I feel great! First two weeks--I was starving...I can say now....I truly am enjoying my meals...food tastes so much better...lol.
    If I can figure out how to add someone...i would add you...but I have NO CLUE.
