Shred-It with Weights results

I checked previous forum postings about "Shred It with Weights" by Jillian Michaels, but none of them talked about RESULTS!

Has anyone done this program and seen success? My workout regimen right now is purely cardio (4 days of elliptical, 2 days of cycling) and I want to incorporate strength and hopefully build some lean muscle.

Is this a good program to use? I'd prefer not to weight lift at the gym because my school's weight lifting rooms are always super-packed with the athletic teams.
