Donut Holes are Evil!!!

Think a couple of donut holes are better than a whole donut??? Think agian..
Took my kids out for donuts this morning as a treat. One had a glazed donut, one donut holes. Came home and looked up the calories of both.

1 glazed donut - 140 cal
1 glazed donut hole - 50 cal

3 holes = 1 donut

If going to have one might as well go for the donut.

    More fried surface area (and sugar glaze coating) given the volume.
