Limited motion exercise help

I need exercises that do not involve walking/running or abdomen. While training for a half marathon, I tore my calf muscle and can barely walk. Also, a few months ago I had an appendectomy so doing more than a few crunches kills my abdomen. So far I've been doing pilates leg and arm exercises but a few more suggestions would be helpful.
