How do YOU super set

I've recently started super setting because I like to get in, get it done and get out, I'm not a fan of lolly-gagging at the gym. I'm Interested in knowing what some of your super set workout routines are? I'd like to get some new ideas on moves and combinations, etc.
I usually will do 3 super sets, (usually an upper combined with a lower body exercise) for a total of 6 exercises (3 sets of 12 per exercise) with about a 2 minute break between sets. Do you think it's more effective to use opposing muscle groups i.e. tris/bis, quads/hams, rather than the lower/upper that I do? I also do cardio after I lift. Anyone do cardio between sets?
Any input/advice/suggestions is appreciated!!
