I had a cheat day but I'm not sure if it's a bad thing....

So today i probably went over about 200-300 calories but no by eating bad foods...
Instead of 1 cup of kashi cereal I had 2.
I had a banana, apple, 25 stringbeans, and 10 baby carrots for snacks.
for lunch i had grilled chicken on a whole grain tortilla with mayo and lettuce
for dinner i had broiled chicken with cooked string beans in olive oil, zuccini, and a very large mixed salad.
So even though I went over, is it really that bad being that it was mostly healthy foods?

No it is not cheating. You just increased your calorie intake for the day.0

A calorie is a calorie when it comes to losing weight. When it comes to being healthy, then calories are not equal.0
