A new recipe I made up and its sooo good!

So I was sick of boring salad almost everyday so I decided to mix up something with some ingredients I had.

To start off I put a little bit of EVOO(Extra virgin Olive oil) in a pan.
Then I used fresh spinach(about 1 and 1/2 cups) and sauteed that up a bit.
Then I added some matchstick carrots(didnt measure them really).
Then I added half a can of water chestnuts.
I let that all sautee for a bit and then I added 2 TBSP. of sauerkraut.
Then for protein 2 oz. of tuna(in water)(if you dont like tuna you can use any kinda meat, or just do the veggies together).
and then for a little sauce I added 2 TBSP of thousand island dressing.
In the end it ended up only being 283 calories!!

All the stats are-
283 calories
17 grams of fat(9 was from EVOO and 7 from the thousand island) You can get light thousand island or use less evoo to cut some fat outta it. Like I said I just used what I had.
21 carbs
and 15 protein!

and heres the end result. Its not the prettiest but it sure tasted darn good! :smile:
