    Sounds yummy. I'm making my first cauliflower pizza tonight. Maybe I'll buy an extra head or two and make some of these as well :)

    I'm going to try these tomorrow night...have you tried the roasted chick peas yet? OMG they're so good, and crunchy!

    Roasted cabbage is also good. So is roasted asparagus with thinly sliced lemons and rosemary. Almost any vegetable is good roasted.

    Crunchy Chick Peas

    Drain/rinse well
    Pat dry with towel
    Toss with 1tbsp olive oil
    spice for flavor
    Bake in pre-heated oven at 400f for 25 minutes
    check to see if they're crispy, if not put them on for another 5 minutes (35 minutes was to long and i burned a couple)

    I made the cauliflower pizza a while back, I loved it.. fam.. not so much LOL
