what I accomplished in one year (before n after pics)

My oh my, what difference a year makes... so glad to get my sexy back! I was in a size 22 about to graduate to a larger size. I weighed over 230 pounds. I saw a picture of myself at Christmas and I cried! I told myself that day that I would make a change and get my life back on track. With the help of myfitnesspal.com and exercise, this is what I accomplished in one year.

I now weigh 193 pounds and I am looking forward to losing an additional 32 :):)
